Most energy efficient improvements are relatively inexpensive and do not involve replacing windows or insulating walls. The goal is to qualify you for lower utilities, energy rebates and tax incentives to help pay for it all.
Ripple Glass
Finally recycle your glass! They process the glass locally, then a local business will use it to make fiberglass insulation for more energy efficient homes. There will be collection sites beginning in November 2009.
