I've upgraded my home using incentives funds. I have received approximately $25,000 in rebates and credits by doing the following measures.
  • Upgrade HVAC to a geothermal unit
  • Installed insulation in walls to an ENERGY STAR R-13
  • Installed insulation in frame floors to an ENERGY STAR R-30
  • Installed insulation in attic to an ENERGY STAR R-60
  • Reduced air leakage by over 50%
